Can I install Pick List today?
Yes. Get Pick List in the Ecwid App Market for stores in the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. Canada is not included in this launch. You can also try the sample demo without connecting your store.
Which orders does it support?
The app is designed for eligible paid physical orders awaiting processing. It excludes refunded orders, orders already in progress, external fulfillment, and unsupported items where pickable quantities cannot be established safely.
Can an order be added to two saved batches?
A batch is a saved group of orders you pick together. Once an order is in a saved batch, Pick List blocks it from another batch for 90 days from creation, including after completion. Reopening keeps that protection. To replace a batch, return collected items and abandon the old batch before selecting its orders again. This does not change the order’s status in Ecwid. Read the correction guide.
What if I cannot find everything?
Record how many you found, then save and pause. Your counts stay with the list so you can return later. Complete picking when every required unit is found. Counts apply to the whole batch; Pick List does not assign limited stock to individual orders. See how to handle missing items.
Does it print shipping labels or change inventory?
No. Pick List does not generate shipping labels, scan barcodes, update stock or mark orders fulfilled in Ecwid. Those steps remain in your existing workflow.
