SPARCORP VENTURES LTD.
Merchant terms
Effective September 25, 2026. Version 2026-09-25.
Who provides Pick List
Pick List is an independent third-party product provided by SparCorp Ventures Ltd., not a Lightspeed product. These terms are the agreement between your store and SparCorp Ventures Ltd. when you accept them in the merchant app. Address all problems, billing questions, disputes or claims arising from your use of Pick List directly to us at chris@tiny.com. We will handle them with you and coordinate with Ecwid where needed.
The separate public demo uses sample data, does not connect your store and does not create a subscription. Its website and demo terms apply separately.
What the app does
Pick List combines eligible physical products from paid orders awaiting processing into saved picking batches. Store staff can save found quantities and shortages, resume work, and print or export lists. The app reads order and subscription information. It does not change stock, fulfill orders, create shipping labels or verify that goods were physically collected.
You must be authorized to act for your store, provide the necessary order data and allow your staff to use the app. Use the service lawfully, protect your account and devices, and do not try to access another store’s information, bypass access controls or disrupt the service.
Working with saved batches
A generated or printed list is a saved snapshot. Review quantities, variants, personalization, customer instructions and later order changes before packing. Creating a batch reserves its orders in Pick List; starting and completing it are separate actions. Ready, Started and Completed batches keep those reservations for up to 90 days from batch creation. Abandoning a batch releases them. Return collected items before abandoning work to avoid duplicate picking.
Reopening a completed batch keeps its saved counts, snapshot and reservations. It does not refresh the order or change fulfillment in Ecwid. Your store’s order records remain the source for current order status. Export anything you need to retain before the 90-day history period expires.
Subscription and cancellation
The launch plan is US$4.99 per store per month with a 14-day trial, billed through Ecwid. Review the price, currency, trial eligibility, recurring charges and any taxes shown by Ecwid before installing. Ecwid administers app payments. Pick List does not collect your card details or add separate usage charges. Public App Market availability remains subject to Lightspeed validation.
To cancel, open your Ecwid admin, go to Apps → My Apps → Pick List → Uninstall and confirm the removal. Uninstalling cancels the app subscription and removes access. Export records you need first: the verified uninstall notification also deletes your store’s saved Pick List records. Closing the app or abandoning a batch does not cancel your subscription.
For an incorrect charge or a refund request, contact chris@tiny.com with your store ID and receipt reference. Do not send card details or passwords. We will investigate and coordinate with Ecwid where needed. These terms do not remove any refund or other right required by applicable law.
Data and privacy
Our privacy notice describes the order fields used, service providers, retention and removal processes. We use store data to provide, secure and support Pick List. Access tokens remain in server memory for sessions of up to one hour. Live picking snapshots are encrypted at rest; identifiers, states, timestamps and counts remain database metadata. Saved batches expire 90 days after creation.
We record your store ID, the accepted terms version and acceptance time until uninstall or deletion. Verified uninstall and personal-data removal notifications revoke sessions and purge relevant active store records. Minimal deletion records allow removals to be reapplied during recovery. Downloads and printouts remain under your control. Protect them and share them only as needed for your work. Contact us for help with access, export or deletion.
Availability and support
Support is by email in English at chris@tiny.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours and will respond within 48 hours. This is a response commitment, not a promise that every issue will be resolved in that time. See our support guide for common questions.
We may perform maintenance, correct errors and improve features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will give reasonable notice of material changes when practical. Access may be suspended for misuse or when Ecwid reports an inactive subscription. Keep the records and checks needed to continue fulfillment during an interruption. After recovery, compare saved batches with store records and physical picking progress before resuming.
Changes and mandatory rights
We will update the effective date when these terms change and give notice of material subscription changes through the available platform or contact channel. Nothing here excludes a right or protection that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Ecwid’s platform and billing terms apply separately.
