Website and demo terms

These terms cover the Pick List website and free public demo operated by SparCorp Ventures Ltd. Contact chris@tiny.com with questions.

A development demo

The demo is for evaluating a picking workflow using sample orders. It does not connect to your Ecwid store, accept payment or start a subscription. It is not approved for use as the record of your real picking, inventory or fulfillment work. Features, availability and saved demo data can change during development.

Using the demo

Use the provided sample data. Do not submit customer information, passwords, payment details or other sensitive data. Do not attempt to access another person’s workspace, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. You may print and export the sample lists to evaluate the product.

Picking and order records

A generated or printed list does not prove that goods were picked. The demo’s Ready, Started, Completed and Abandoned states describe work recorded in the demo only. They do not update Ecwid inventory, orders or fulfillment. Any operational use of future merchant functionality will require checking quantities, variants, order changes and exceptions against your store.

Availability and support

We provide the development demo as available, without a service-level or response-time guarantee. Do not rely on it for real order processing. We may restrict misuse or suspend or end the demo. This does not exclude rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

The merchant app

The confirmed launch plan is US$4.99 per store per month with a 14-day trial through Ecwid. Public App Market availability awaits Lightspeed validation. The separate merchant terms cover the connected app, billing, cancellation and support. Using the demo does not start a trial, subscription or charge.

Privacy and ownership

Our privacy notice explains demo cookies, saved batches and contact information. Pick List is an independent product of SparCorp Ventures Ltd. Ecwid and Lightspeed names belong to their respective owners; their use does not imply endorsement.
